Why I Started When Jillian Speaks?

I started When Jillian Speaks because I believe that sometimes people simply need a safe space to hear honest words, real experiences, and conversations that speak to what they are going through. Life, love, relationships, family, friendships, healing, and personal growth are topics that many of us experience but do not always feel comfortable talking about. I wanted to create a podcast where we can have those conversations openly, without pretending that everything is perfect.

When Jillian Speaks is also a reflection of my own journey. Through my experiences, I have learned that the things we go through can shape us, but they do not have to define us. There are lessons in heartbreak, relationships, family struggles, starting over, losing yourself, finding yourself again, and learning to choose yourself. I wanted to share my thoughts and perspectives because I know that something I say may be exactly what someone needs to hear at a particular moment in their life.

Most importantly, I started this podcast because I want my voice to have a purpose. When Jillian Speaks is about real talk, real growth, and the real you. Whether we are talking about love and dating, relationships, family, friendship, healing, or everyday life, my goal is to create conversations that make people think, feel, reflect, and perhaps see their own situation differently. This is my space to speak honestly—and hopefully, a space where you can listen, relate, and know that you are not alone.
